Youth Ministry Matrix

The Youth Ministry Matrix is a nurturing environment where disciples grow.  This intentionally conceived environment is focused on the following three goals:

• Empowering young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today.
• Drawing young people to responsible participation in the life, mission, and work of the faith community.
• Fostering the personal and spiritual growth of each young person.

The Church provides an environment that encourages formation, development, and growth in our young people under the specific continuous effort known as comprehensive Catholic Youth Ministry [the Components of YM (below) make up the cells of the matrix].
